We’re bringing the beat very literally on June 9th during our STARS Girls Leadership Summit courtesy of CS55 Bengal Tiger’s Step Team, who will preform during our electric morning session packed full of inspiring speakers, performances and more.
These stars from the Bronx are budding leaders in their own right, signing up for leadership development and more upon joining the team. Since the team’s inception in 2010, under the leadership of Coach Vick, the Bengal Tiger’s mission has been to instill positive self-esteem, leadership skills, discipline, teamwork & effective communication to every student that suits up as a member of the CS55 Bengal Tiger Step Team! They have successfully implemented a Bengal Tiger Alumni Mentoring Program where alumni return to work with new recruits to the team each year because they are a team that stands by their model, “Once A Tiger Always A Tiger.” It is Coach Vick’s sincere hope that the skills & knowledge they arm their students with at CS55 they will use to become future leaders & groundbreakers for their generation.
