PowerPlay intentionally invests in building positive, healthy community starting with our coaches. This foundation is crucial so that these female role models can go out each week and provide that nurturing, safe space PowerPlay offers to our girls. This past weekend we held our opening training in Chelsea for our coaches in our after-school program, supplying our crew with the tools they’ll need this year. We’ll meet monthly to refresh, share experiences and best practices and learn even more tips and strategies all to give the girls we serve more opportunities to learn, play and thrive. We’re drinking the kool-aide over here.
