I remember being in PowerPlay, seeing the older kids and remember how much I looked up to them. Having the opportunity to do the same now, meant a lot to me because I was able to bring my experience to the girls. Even though we were only together for a short period of time, it felt great to be that role model and spend time with the girls.
This experience helped me learn how to work as a team. I took many things from the girls and was constantly motivated when we were working together. Collaborating with one another helped build ideas, gain experience and helped us learn new things. Even though it was a bit difficult, it was a good learning experience.
