As females, not only should we have easy access to feminine hygiene products, but we should have options when it comes to menstrual health–whether it’s tampons, pads or cups. Led by Council Member Julissa Ferreras-Copeland, PowerPlay girls, joined by gender-rights advocate Kiran Gandhi (@MadameGandhi), gathered around the table last week to share experiences and talk access, to help shed light on this important issue and be a part of creating positive change for girls and women in NYC.
